NEXtCARE launches video medical advice service

NEXtCARE, part of Allianz Partners, specialising in providing healthcare payers with complete health insurance management and administration services, including self-insured employers, has launched a video medical advice service in Bahrain called ‘See a Doctor’

The company stated that members can contact a doctor via a video call from the MyNEXtCARE app.

They can ask for treatment advice and receive a doctor’s medical assessment, at no cost or co-payment.

Health at Hand provides the ‘See a Doctor’ service-a telehealth service provider licensed by the Dubai Health Authority with qualified doctors who speak Arabic and English.

Layla Abdulla, general manager of NEXtCARE in Bahrain, said, “NEXtCARE has been among the first in the region to introduce a high quality of secure video medical advice service. Keeping members safe and peaceful is a priority for us especially in such challenging circumstances.”

Through a quick registration on the MyNEXtCARE app or its web version, Solidarity Bahrain members can access the service , and connect to a trusted licensed doctor within minutes via the home screen icon ‘See a Doctor’.
